cbs reporter tony tantillo e -- tony dokoupil is at the scene. >> reporter: 20 people are dead after a crash involving an apparently out of control stretch limousine. >> a 2001 ford excursion limousine was traveling southwest on state route 30 and failed to stop at the intersection. the limousine traveled across the intersection into a parking lot and struck a 2015 toyota highlander that was unoccupied and parked. >> reporter: it happened saturday afternoon in scohari, a town at the edge of the cat skill mountains. >> everyone inside the magazine was killed. two pedestrians standing nearby were also struck and killed. >> reporter: a relative told cbs news the victims in the limo had been on a wine tour of the local vineyards. amy dunlap johnson says her family died in the crash. >> 20 fatalityicize horrific. this is -- fatalities is horrific. this is one of the biggest loss of life we've seen in a long, long time. >> reporter: a woman nearby heard the crash and immediately knew it was bad. >> i heard this loud bang. i came out and then i heard screaming. i walked up and i could see t
