it's move-in day at temple university. that means one thing school is about to start. a little over 5,000 freshman and 4100 transfer students are set to join temple. >> this campus will be alive for the next several days as we get students acclimated and meeting one another and socially engaged and over the weekend prepared to study a bit as well. they can prepare to hopefully have the best time of their life. >> class of 2021 is arriving. and they are moving into the 27 story morgan residence hall and dining complex the newest and largest residence hall. >> packing worst thing ever, not recommend it. it was so fun and i am excited to move in and i love my roommate. and temple, i mean best school ever come on. >> i'm so excited for the next year and looking forward to meeting new trends and learning a couple of things about getting freedom and moving on in life. >> an annual tradition with family, friends and relatives helping the newest owls settle in to their new home. then comes the good-byes and new chapter for the students. parents are just as nervous and excited.

there's a beautiful shot from our temple university camera.mbination of sun and clouds. this is one of the pictures that was sent into the "action news" team a couple of weeks ago some of the tremendous flooding they picked up in burlington city, new jersey with the pop-up showers and storms. we've been seeing this weeks on end across the delaware and lehigh valleys. why do we continue to see the rain. why do we continue to see the flooding. a big reason for that is the stagnant air pattern we're in. the sun shines down brightly and heats the grounds. that air rises, because there's so much moisture in the air, that air becomes unstable and you get the huge towering cumulus clouds. yesterday's event and the one before that is not included in the explanation. some of the problems that we've seen, as the huge storm develops there's no steering current aloft to push them there, day ad hour after hour, it rains and rains, next thing you know you don't get two inch of rain, you get four and six. no shot of rain today. monday is dry. tuesday isolate

that person was taken here to temple university hospital in stable condition.'s go to video from kensington overnight where you can see investigators on the scene. they just wrapped up there shortly before 4:30 this morning. the circumstances surrounding this fiery main under investigation but we saw investigators going through the building with flashlights. l and i taped off the building and we did see a k-9 unit and investigators from atf as well as the crime scene unit from philadelphia police. this happened last night on the 1800 block of east clementine street in kensington. firefighters were called around 10:40 p.m. crews were met with heavy flames on the first floor of the two-story end row home. when they were inside putting out the flames they discovered the body on the second floor. we don't know that person's identity. but before firefighters go the got there one person was eighth to jump to safety. he was taken to temple in stable condition. one fired was also being evaluated at the hospital for heat related injuries and is also in stable condition.
