let's get right to abc's terry moran, and terry what did the court dsay? >> reporter: david, it was a one-line order from the supreme court. so, really, a stinging loss for the former president. the trump legal team had come to the supreme court and asked that the special master appointed in this case get access to the classified documents that federal investigators had seized from mar-a-lago. you'll remember that the judge in florida ordered that the special master review those classified documents to see if trump could claim executive privilege over any of them. but an appeals court ruled that the risk to national security in that was too great and the trump legal team was appealing that ruling and they lost. quickly. so, the bottom line here, the department of justice's investigation into those classified documents and what was happening with them, that will continue. and the special master in this case is not likely that he will ever get access to those documents. david? >> terry moran on that breaking headline from the supreme court. thank you. >>> we
