mike, it looks like a calm drive through the east bay. spent yeah exactly, from the east bay towards san francisco, look at the beautiful view and we see all the city lights right now, a smooth drive with taillights and headlights coming back towards the east bay. no major issues across the golden gate bridge. the earlier incident still on the chp blotter but i don't think it is a problem traveling north, have not seen any flowing into sausalito from the golden gate. a little glitch showing up earlier, highway 37. it is 5:21 and we will see the build off of highway 4 as well. over around oakland, not sure which direction approaching the split with the merge with 580, and in the tri-valley, a little smooth but a little blip at west 580 on the dublin interchange and i'm sure it will sort itself out, but i still have my eyes on it. >>> next on today in the bay, nbc bay area responds. >> if you have had a move go south you can speak up and try to get your >>> more people move during the summer than any other time of the year and too often it g

"today in the bay's" bob redell is diving deeper into what the plan might entail. >> first meteorologist has an update on the drought conditions. >> i wanted to show a comparison of what the drought monitor looked like last week where we see kind of a circle where you see the highest level of drought just to the south and east of the bay area over the central valley. now the update this morning, basically fills in that circle. it increases the drought by about 5%, the exceptional drought. we're also seeing the level below that, the extreme drought expanding across the bay area. it does remain unchanged here as we're still in a severe drought as we get a closer look. so once again, the drought
