the north bay. as we head through the afternoon, the winds will start to pick up and plan on that rain dropping out of the north bay and pushing through the bay areammute. we keep saying right around this time tomorrow. you notice the morning not too bad. 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, there's the main event passing through. still an impact for the south bay for the tuesday morning commute. by tuesday afternoon that storm starts to head off and move to the sierra. rain projections still pretty impressive, but not to the level we saw last week. especially where the santa cruz mountains are concerned. we have an atmospheic river that kind of stalled out. this one mainly a 24-hour event. maybe an inch or so around the santa cruz mountains. look at the rain shadow, fremont and san jose, you could be missing out with this storm, up to the north san francisco and oakland, about a quarter inch to 4/10 of an see numbers getting into an inch plus, some of the red could indicate some areas picking up two to three inches of rain in northern sonoma county. and the projections are still maybe two to three feet of snow across the sierra. good enough for a winter storm warni
