so as you're traveling heading to the east bay from the city taking the bay bridge. you are going to see a slight delay. there's also another accident on 80 westbound just east of the bay bridge. so right near the toll plaza. there. but as you can see, i'm not seen any delays and the lights are still off this morning. you also have some areas where there is some roadway flooding. so you definitely want to be careful as you're heading across towards the peninsula. you can see their view. the san mateo bridge conditions are slick and wet. so a little under 4 minutes looks like along highway 4 westbound east of mickey one road in martinez. there is an accident seen a slight delay as you're traveling. let's head over look at the richmond center fell bridge and conditions. there very slick. this morning's as you're traveling enrichment definitely want to be careful and cautious a little under 2 minutes. also looks like a long 1. one northbound at manual, t freed is partly in sandra fell. you got an accident there. let's leave you with a look at the golden gate bridge slick

shooting with one victim this morning shooting unfolded on the interstate 80 approach towards the bay bridge toll plaza, the victim apparently able to pull to the side of the road here on this access road, which leads to the bay bridge toll plaza offices. highway patrol investigators responded before 10 a.m. to reports of a shooting on the interstate 80 approach to the bay bridge toll plaza. alameda county sheriff's office confirms at least one victim was shot and killed patrol vehicles positioned themselves on the freeway protecting evidence markers on the roadway. a burgundy suv with blown out windows managed to make it about a quarter of a mile down an off ramp. leading to the bay bridge toll plaza offices before pulling to the side. the victim, apparently the passenger in that suv, chp officers and multidisciplinary accident investigators work to reconstruct the events leading up to the shooting and spoke with at least two witnesses on scene. a man and a woman. one of those witnesses, apparently from the suv, the other from a white pickup truck about two hours after that shooting, invest

the bay bridge is one of those spots that is currently looking at it. you can see that we do have that backup really forming behind the toll plaza. now it is just fine, though, as you make your way through the toll plaza. it's still only going to take you 10 minutes from the maze to fremont street. we just do have those metering lights on now. san mateo bridge 13 minutes from 80 to one o one definitely back to work we go. you can see that travel having really pick back up after thanksgiving. the golden gate bridge. that's going to take you 19 minutes from 37 to the tolls. as for highway 4 as you're heading from antioch on over to concord. it's 21 minutes and there are some slowdowns right around pittsburgh. we don't have any incidents on highway 4 right now. but 24 as you're heading from walnut creek on over towards the east bay. we actually do have a traffic collision that a slowing things down out that direction. one oh, one is still doing just fine. in fact, really great from san jose to menlo park. it's going to be 28 minutes. back to you. we will no

the bay right here as you do make. you're crossing right over areas like the bay bridge, the golden gate bridge as well as the richmond. sandra fell bridge. we do have active rain falling on these up through san pablo bay across highway 37 on over from novato double-a held it up to napa and a pure 80 corridor through fairfield and vacaville. we are seeing some light to moderate showers. also seeing that same activity across the east bay richmond walnut creek concord orinda moraga, all these areas looking at light showers and for the south bay a little bit quieter, comparatively. but we do have some rainfall that is sitting up in the santa cruz mountains. this is going to try to drift its way down into the south bay south bay generally is going to have our lightest of rainfall from this event. and generally further north you go. we are seeing some of our heaviest of rainfall zooming out across the vegion that atmospheric river has shifted further and further southward. now you can actually see where the bull's eye of it is right now. that's really pushing a lot of that moisture right on into the central coast. the centr
