you know the african american context statement, while not formally adopted, it is being used by the bayview cultural district working group. we have given the working group until january 14th to provide us some additional feedback and comments that they would like added to the document, and in working with the bayview working group, we are hoping to bring that to this commission for adoption in february. the sacred heart parish complex, the landmark designation, as you know, has been put on hold by this commission to allow the project sponsor time to talk to fire and building regarding some outstanding issues for their proposal. they did have that meeting. we anticipate that that project will also come back to you very shortly. we are trying to schedule a meeting with the project sponsor to talk about those next steps. hopefully this month, but if not , early in the new year. the residence historic context statement, staff has completed their review on the draft from the fund committee, and we are working with the consultant to finalize the evaluated framework so once the framework is compl

we spent a lot of time on the bay. bayview, mariposa, these clubs provide access to the water for working-class families, and we're providing more with our youth and women on the water sailing programs. we're working to preserve the environment. we've eliminated single-use plastics from our club, and our members get out and cleanup the bay front, and we're looking at working with other organizations to keep the bay and the ocean clean. as the area gentrifies and right lanes, two major stadiums on each side of us, we're concerned that parking is going to become a problem and access to the boat club. we have a small lot right next to our club. i don't know if this status can help us preserve that parking so that people can have access to the water. you can't carry all the gear you need for fishing for a day on muni or all that you need for sailing for a day. that parking lot has access for people to park with boat trailers, so that's really important. between the two clubs is a public ramp, and so people who use that ramp, as we
