the staff recommend approve to the board of supervisors for this mill contract. based on the following. the property is a designated historic resource and after reviewing the plantation they find this in co-op with the secretaries standard. next is 70 can't remember legality also part of the labored district a one and a half story built in the 15 hundreds. the rehabilitation program involved repairs to the siding and new roof and installing a duplicative gutter that is shared on the street. that will have a runoff that damages. maintenance plan involved the cycle and a long-range term maintenance cycle as necessary. the window siding and the foundation. property is currently valued under the $3 million threshold. the staff recommend approval f to the board of supervisors for this contract that the property is a designated resource and after reviewing the application the department finds the contract appropriate and in co-op with the secretaries standards. the next property is 56 pier street all landmark directive to a 2 and a half story building and in the quote-u

tuesday the board considered these. the prohibition of an approving the loss of the units subject to no fault evictions apply to mergers and not demolitions. and no. 2 to be triggered by evictions on december 1st or later and no. 3 would exclude housing which is already protected under the residential hotel under the conversion code . and no. 4 in the owner movement process that the mergers for those owner move in evictions would only last for 5 years rather than 10 years that the ellis act would be subjected to. for that these were approved unanimously at the board. also monday at the land use committee hearing, this will amend the code to allow the use to residential units and allow the four areas for accessible uses. the commission voted to approve this item on november 21st, and supervisor chiu mentioned that he's interested in sponsoring an ordinance. at the hearing the department expressed support for such an idea that would allow the department to evaluate whether the impact of the waiver are significant or not o

the p3, concept, and i would definitely join with the rest of the board members that when we look at the feesbility of it, and that we really it will be a hefty due diligence and it is because we are so complicated because you have got the cal train and it is the live revenue service and you have got the extension with the cpc and you have the fourth and sing interest and there are so many pieces going on that you can't relate it at all to a green field version p3 project and then there are the difference between the row p3 and it is just so complicated and so we are excited to look at the potential, with the dpx and whatever benefit cans come out of it, and it is fantastic against the risks associated with the p3 because man if you mess up you can mess up really bad and so we are, excitesed to do that, and evaluation. and in addition to that, we do need help in figuring out, how to do all of this, with all of the interests of san francisco, and the development and fourth and king, and we have had a lot of discussion on that effort itself. but it does tie into all of this in a differe
