first, john rawlins live at the camden county prosecutor's office. john. >> reporter: jim, the prosecutor's office is not saying much beyond that the father was indicted and arrested today. it's not indicating how or where let alone why the alleged murder occurred citing rules of judicial conduct the spokesman said the prosecutor can't say anything outside a courtroom that might be prejudicial to the defendant. david dj creato at the haddon township police today was taken into can custody. authorities say he murdered his three-year-old son brandon last fall. it was 6:00 a.m. on october 13th when the 22-year-old father called 911 saying his little boy was missing from his apartment. >> i just woke up and he wasn't in my apartment. i don't know if he what happened out or what happened. i don't know where he is. the door is locked. i guess he unlocked it and left. >> reporter: that call for help triggered a large scale and at times frantic search by residents and authorities but less than three hours into that search a sad discovery. little brandon's bod

detectives with the camden county prosecutor's office have been digging into the case ever since. a grand jury indicted creato this morning, the same grand jury that his sister, the little boy's aunt sarah, answered to in november about a college documentary that she made featuring brendan as a little boy who disappeared and was later found dead. clearly, we still don't know why or how little brendan was killed, after three months of this case essentially being unsolved, police processed creato in just under an hour behind these doors. he's already left to be transported to jail. creato will be arraigned and have his first chance to speak before the judge tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 in the camden county justice complex. we did reach out to his attorney based in philadelphia this afternoon by phone, and e-mail, but we have yet to hear back. i'm told his bail will be set at a million dollars. live in haddon township, i'm cydney long, nbc 10 news. >> thank you. nbc 10 has team coverage from haddon township. deanna durante joins us now live at a memorial for the young boy. what have yo
