so we talked earlier about the bugs in the caves originally living with the bats and some of them coming out with us or whoever, some other early relative. so after that we eventually started building structures like apartments and churches, and some of the bats started roosting in the structures, and they brought bugs with them. so there's some scientists looking a at the bedbugs in artificial roofs and also living on people. they're trying to figure out how they're related and this is in a bat roof in an attic outside of prague that i went to. you can't totally see here, there are 1200 watts in the top of -- bats in the top of that roost, and the chimney had bugs living on it. the bugs would go up to the bats, and then it's too hot, so they go back down and hide in little holes in that chimney in the cement. so this guy was counting bats and i was there with another scientist to collect bedbugs with him and they eventually were looking at the dna basically, and comparing it and trying to figure out how long ago these split off. and weirdly enough if all their research keeps going in th
