bloomfield police officers face at least five years in prison in connection with a the 2012 arrest on the garden state parkway after a jury quicked them of lying about the circumstances of a case. a police dash cam video surfaced almost a year after marcus jeter was pulled over on the highway and the video conflicted with the officer's accounts. they claim that jeter tried to allude police and resisted arrest when he refused to get out of the car. once they draggeded him out, one officer cla ed he tried to take his gun, but after the tape showed that jeter was shown with his hands up, prosecutors dropped the charges and pursued a case against the cops. after they were convicted yesterday after a five-week trial. >> it's crucial that police officers be worthy. the use of force has to be justified. >> bail was revoked for shawn and orlando. they're in jail tonight in a statement, jeter said many far i hope that this verdict provides changes in the way that allegations of police brutality and corruption are investigated. especially when there is no video without the video, these officers would have conti
