the second goal was more of a medical. the idea of improving the environment, reducing the dependence on car and helping the city to reach its objectives to the bills and we believe some of the policy aspects don't help reach those goals and the first issue is the 75% monthly availability requirement. the second is the zone ratio mandate requirement, and the third is parking tickets and parking enforcement policy. so let me jump into it. the 75% monthly availability requirement is unclear to us why the city requires cars 75% of the time. around the world, worldwide car sharing 24 by seven. here we're giving away the public right-of-way for 75% of the use but 25% for private use. unclear why that's something we want to do. zone ratio mandate. this requires 15% of all cars to be zone three and zone four to get the high demand spots in zone one. we think this is a bad solution -- >> the time is up but you can quickly tell us the third point. okay. >> third point is parking tickets and parking enforcement. effectively during th

we'll be able to address all the goals and objectives. but there's no single one implementation action that can address everything. or the community development corporation gets close. , and so, that's kind of our guide to implementing this. and each implementation action has -- its own course. i don't know if we can prioritize them start thinking individually about what can happen [speaker not understood]. we have the goal of a million solar rooftops. we already have over 130,000 installations on homes and small businesses. so, we're looking at utility, scale, installation of solar, we're looking at individual homes, and businesses. so, wherever we can, we are encouraging it. we're number oned in the country. we're going to keep on going. it's very critical. now, i know from the idea to the execution to the secure realization, it takes a long time. and we have to have patience. we have to have staying power. so, that's the dilemma. we look at most of the countries. germany certainly an exception, but most are not stepping up to the plate. there is a complete disproportion between the knowledge and the magnitude of the knowledge about and the magnitude of climate change and what it's going to do to the way -- to our way of life and our response. the response is feeble compared to the challenge, and we've got to wake up to that fact. the site. so it's something very important to me, and basically well in my backyard. our main goal is the redesign of the mountain lake park playground was to make a playground that is fitting to the unique context of the site, and also as unique as the greater mountain lake park is to san francisco. our selection of materials, play equipment and the careful siting of the playground, we hope underscores this goal. the layout of the playground, if we can go to the -- thank you. is largely driven by the desire in the community to maintain the existing concrete slide. and also to utilize a lot of the existing topography or different levels of the playground, which you won't find at a lot of playgrounds today. the caveat to keeping a lot of this topography was that you need to provide an accessible route, from the toddlers area in yellow, up to the light green area, which is the school-aged children's area. and then in the lower left-hand corner is the hill that has the existing concrete slide. we have chosen to embrace this ramp idea and use it more as a unifying thread, in the design

however, it is good to see overall those meetings overall those years that the vision and the goals have been largely unchallenged and to support this it is needed to perpetuate japan town. it includes the recommendation of the cultural aspects of this neighborhood as well as further the idea of a citywide cultural tougher than that program. j h is a consensus of what we've received over the years. a couple of quotes that continue to stick in my mind includes at the early meeting one resident said japan town is a desirable market and identification is imminent arrest another resident said we don't want a disneyland this isn't about blue tile roofs that's about a neighborhood. at the community meeting another said it's not about saving buildings but what happened in buildings. a property owner has said and he's been continual saying what we recall losing our japan town. we need some written and approved document to point out to what we want from this community examiner i'm confident that j h is that document and b will be our stack in the ground that will guide our future. we look forward
