that's the red flag warning for the hills above the north bay and east bay hills. these are the areas to watch. lake county and northern napa county. you'll notice toward sundrise tuesday. look at the forecast high temperatures on tuesday. you're looking at 80s and 90s.r temperatures inland. tuesday and wednesday, not just a fire damage, it's the heat, we'll see to start the week. then, the pattern begins to shift. keep area of low pressure, drops down. that will bring big cooling. but a change in the forecast, will take this low to the east of the seeary a yaar yaar yaary. a chance of showers will stay farther inland. and that will involve any snowshower chances and inland tracking low might mean more wind, as opposed to snow for the sierra. it is a tale of two weeks. that's san francisco, upper 80s on tuesday. and look at the valley spread of temperatures, close to 100 degrees in a few spots tuesday. and barely 70 by next sunday. that's an extreme change in your forecast. >> rob, thanks a lot. >>> when we come back tonight, a disturbing and smelly situation in the

now in terms of fire danger, 9:00 monday the red flag warning begins for the hills of the north bay anday hills as well, and that's going to last until 5:00 a.m. wednesday. so we're going to go through the entire day and night tuesday as we head into wednesday before those winds start to slow down and fire danger starts to drop off. right now the first wave of increasing wind will be later tomorrow night, helping into tuesday morning. you can see this area here highlighted in the north bay where that power shutoff watch goes into effect. also the west slope of the sierra. notice the humidity numbers, too. around the same time, 23% rumidity, and that's at midnight. that's a clear sign of the effects of the off and onshore winds. likely we'll see temperatures in the hills here around lake county and napa county in the 60s and 70s to start the morning tuesday. look at the high temperatures by the afternoon. could see mid to upper 80s around san francisco, 90s around san jose. concord, close to 90 degrees. mid-90s around morgan hill and probably have another hot day inland for wednesday. so
