the long term care of the parks. so let's begin with the timeline, we're in the midst of what is called major phase one. this phase is the largest phase of the project, both in terms of the process perspective to develop the protocols for interaction as well as from an infrastructure and vertical development production standpointte. within this major phase, we've completed some significant parks already. this image shows the parks that are or will be online by 2025. you can see those with an orange hash outline are largely complete and open, like waterfront plaza, signal point, the rocks in panorama park. next up for completion include city side park, cultural park and beach park. so how are we working to care for these parks that are open now? we had the march director's statement guiding our work. the associated title board hearing in march was the big announcement of what title will pursue to advance the director's vision in that director's statement, this board has had one related action in june on the short term

the new problems there tonight flooded roads and parking lots. some drivers even getting trapped. now, this is a big, powerful storm and it continues to dump on the north bay. tonight, growing concern about the damage it may leave behind. and it's just getting ready to wind up again. let's get right to chief meteorologist jeff ranieri. and jeff, you have been telling us not just the north bay, but everyone is expected to get hit tomorrow. yes, it looks like widespread heavy rainfall on the way throughout the bay area. i've been watching closely how this atmospheric river is moving and how it's turning. and as expected, watch this loop around right there. the atmospheric river is lifting a little bit more off to the north. you can see it on this last frame. and that's been giving the north bay a much needed break over the past couple of hours after torrential rain nonstop for two days. look at the results. santa rosa 9.70in saint helena 8.32 and then much less san francisco southward. we'll get back into some rainfall eventually here in the north bay, unfortunately. so by 5:00 in th

we need the parking. i have a bike shop. i've been told by some people that, well, you're going to reap the benefits and make all kinds of money. i'm still a merchant. people still need to drive there with their broken bicycles. they buy a children's bike. chances are they're not going to have that little 12 inch bicycle ride across town. they're going to need a car to drive them back. so basically, whatever happens, we need the parking. that's all i can say. i don't want to get in the middle of the controversy of center or, or side running bike lane. one thing i think has got to be thought about greatly and something i've seen as a bike shop owner, electric bikes, electric scooters are here to stay and they're increasing year after year. they go fast. what's going to happen? think about that. someday it may be the majority of bikers are going to be on powered vehicles. i don't think you're interested in what i might have to say if we ever kept the original bike lane, because that has been ruled out, unfortunately. but the st
