one thing, mike, i want to tell you, and this is coming from the associated press, this is a big piece of information here. the associated press is reporting quoting a single law enforcement official who says the l.a. county coroner has ruled michael jackson's death a homicide. now, this is new. we've been hearing that this case may move eventually to criminal charges and it may be ruled a homicide but it's important for us to point out we've called the lapd. they said this information did not come from them. cnn has also called the coroner's office and they gave us the official no comment. so as of now, this is just a single source telling the associated press that it has now been ruled a homicide. something else to point out is that in this affidavit for the search warrant that i have here, according to the police department in houston, their office is saying they believe they have found evidence of the crime of manslaughter at this the location in harris county, texas. that location is dr. conrad murray's houston clinic. we know from other search warrants when they searched the hous
