the s&p high data that you can track using the etf, that component of the s&p 500 are up about 12%. it's tremendous. it's a big bounce. s&p low volatility, the etf is splv only up about 4%. the right stocks are bouncing the hardest. the ones hardest hit and highest beta with the market bio tech is the big winner it's an 18% bounce in bio tech i had to go back to 2001 to find an eight-day period with that rally. let's look at the lower beta and the cheaper part of the market that's where the concerns are. look at xlf. look at xle. cheap stocks, high quality sure when you look at those charts it's hard to get all balled up they bounced a bit they are in a defined down trend. only 12% of the s&p 500 is above its 50-day moving average. in essence, 88% of the s&p is below its 50 day you need to see way better showing among stocks >> they've given you the good fundamental reasons as to why they don't think the bottom is in josh said if you look deep inside the market, it's suggesting the bottom is not in either >> sure. there's still problems that's probably why the top is in i said that
