here is a look at the schuylkill, moving in the eastbound direction at city avenue. just beyond those trees, moving in the westbound direction, and you can see, both directions, westbound, and eastbound, at the schuylkill, city avenue looking little busy. so for those every you headed out into that area, just know progressing through the 6:00 that area will get real busy. southbound heading toward the schuylkill. this is heading toward the camera shot that you just saw. looking actually pretty good. just kind of seeing steady stream of headlights, everyone traveling at posted speeds, delaware county, 95 northbound at 452, looking good, then all the way up to the airport i showed you the airport shot about 15 minutes ago, looking very good there, as well. so moving in both directions in delaware county, looking good, mass transit, chestnut hill west, remember, is running a new weekday schedule, and there is some construction here on air transportation cents around the market frankford line because of that, these bus routes are detoured, three, five, j, market frankford, owl, detoured eight p.m. to 4:00 a.m. nightly.

the schuylkill expressway we're doing okay. 64 miles per hour is the average speed. you can see people are moving. 8 minutes from 29 to the schuylkill. no problems if you're headed westbound. now the schuylkill expressway, this is through the conshohocken curve okay in there. eastbound or westbound, still in the green, haven't budged yet. an hour or so for that around 6:30 when we see delays headed eastbound into center city. >> we're following breaking news out of philadelphia. a child in the frankford section sleeping in a car when it was stolen is now found safe. katy zachry is live for us where this started. this triggered a city wide search for that boy. >> reporter: it definitely did, vai. as we were on our way here to the scene we saw philadelphia police officers stopping similar makes and model of the car that went out over the alert looking for this vehicle. turns out two rookie cops found the vehicle after about a half hour of searching and take a look at this video. here is the moment when they walked in carrying the missing 6-year-old boy, they walked to the 7-11 store where he went missing from after hills stepfather who you see wearing the gray hooded sweats

looking live on the vine street expressway approaching the schuylkill that's your westbound traffic. moving just fine. the vine has reopened in both directions. construction has cleared. the crew will return at 11 o'clock tonight and shut down the vine in both directions. we have a new accident coming in to us in university city. we're hearing there are minor injuries with this so we've got emergency workers coming to the scene on market street at schuylkill avenue. police, fire crews all on hand right now so that may take you a little longer here on market street. in norristown here there's an issue on rittenhouse boulevard right near if he is sander lane. this is some fire department activity. we're hearing they are restricting lanes and you have to watch any time you have fire activity with below freezing temperatures. you could have slick conditions so just be careful if you're traveling in that area. in south brunswick 130 northbound at day road construction blocking the right lane and shoulder until 7 o'clock. looking outside live there's 42 northbound at creek road. i'd say bar

this is the schuylkill expressway at the boulevard. westboundffic there headed towards city avenue. no delays. and volume building just a little bit i would say. the roads are just a little bit wet and moving just fine on the schuylkill. we did have a couple accidents earlier and a couple new ones just coming in now. here's horsham easton road at laurel avenue. we've got an accident in now and it's blocking one lane and reports of a new accident here in burlington county on 38. that's pemberton road right near 206 so watch for possible restrictions with there accident coming in. it's a different problem here in camden county. a water main break out here on williamstown erial road and it's blocked between annapolis drive and independence boulevard so stick to sicklerville road as your alternate. we don't have concerns with this water coming out and icing up the roads. let's take a look at the temperatures right now. we're above freezing. 41 in the city, 40 millville, 39 at the airport, 41 in beach haven, 39 in dover. even in the lehigh valley upp
