here's the problem. in vermont, the rules say you need 20% or you get zero delegates. you can get some of the statewide delegates with 20%. 0 with 19%. trump leading the state slightly right now, had ewould benefit from that. not just in vermont, a small state we're seeing that. check this out. this is alabama. this is one of trump's best states delegate-wise tonight. big reason is marco rubio failed to hit the threshold. he did not get 20% in alabama. he will get zero of the statewide delegates. also in alabama, you need to be in the top two in congressional districts to get delegates there, or you need to be also over 20% there. not looking good for marco rubio on that front either. and then, of course, the mother of them all tonight, texas. you need to be in the top two in the 36 congressional districts there to be eligible for any of those 108 delegates. rubio may be second place in a couple districts. otherwise, shut out. and you need to be at 20% statewide to get any of the statewide delegates. he didn't do that. he also may have threshold issues when it comes to
