kate thompson has been at the scene all day and she joins us with the latest on the situation. >>kate: the coast guard said they now believe that maybe just a gallon of oil or fuel spilled out of oubarge. there's a lot of equipment here taking a lot of precautions setting up not one, but to booms. you could see the yellow blooms in the water surrounding this barge and all of the tug boats making sure that nothing seeps into the water. we could show you video from earlier in the day. there were clean up crews here all day, the video is missing so we will go back to the live picture. the crews were laying out the bones, and extending them around the field. they're still here at this point. they brought in this large crane here. they going to start off loading the sand. this barge that started to take on water and sank this morning, was stretching sand from the bay. what they're trying to do is have this crane lifted some of the sand off the barge. hopefully that barge will then get later, float and then when high tide comes the have an easier time removing it from the waterway. t
