tim furlong has just arrived at the scene in westchester. what are you learning?f a weird situation here at this point. we know 12 firefighters were hurt, one with serious cardiac arrest. if you look down here, this is the main drag through downtown westchester. lots of people were eating outside when all this was going down. they all now have been told to get back into restaurants and were eventually evacuated. i know the guy that runs this restaurant here. he told me most of the businesses were told to be shut down for a little while. some people are still in their stores. investment services, i have been trying because his business would be next to where this happened. and an electrical fire underground. when firefighters responded, clfs a carbon monoxide situation and that led to the firefighters being joured. all these people were outside at the time. you can see police ask emts have taken over this area right here. and they cleared everybody out of the area. we're still trying to learn more. we understand a public information person is supposed to come our k
