let's go to video from tioga-nicetown early this morning.cleared the scene but this is the location where a woman's body was found, the 1800 block of westemoreland under a train trestle. the 911 call came in just after 1:00 a.m. a woman's body was found there. she was lying partly on the sidewalk and partly on the street. she had clothes on and the lower half of her body was in a trash bag. police say she had obvious trauma to her face and head. she was pronounced dead soon after. she did not have any identification on her. right now she's a jane doe. police say it's difficult to tell how old she is or how exactly she died. her body had been taken to the medical examiner's office and a full autopsy will be conducted today to determine her cause of death. at this point it's also not clear to police if she was driven to the location and left there or if the entire crime was committed there. that's part of this investigation but at this point police are looking for any tips you may have. they're also going to be looking for surveillance video i
