now since the verdict came down last night, more are doing the same including governor tom wolf.heard yet from kathleen kane about what she will do. however, she he did say last night she will appeal. jurors handed down guilty verdicts on nine counts including two for felony perjury after a week of testimony where some of attorneattorney general kathleen kane's former top advisers testified for the prosecution the jury believed she leaked secret investigative documents to the grand jury and lied under oath so she could get revenge against a former state prosecutor. kane's legal team called no witnesses and did not put her on the stand. they argued prosecutors did not prove charges against kane including those for federal perjury. last night kane's defense team spoke outside the courthouse. montgomery county district attorney kevin steele also addressed the media. >> conviction on all counts is a crushing blow. i'm not going to say otherwise. in many of my cases there is in witnesses appeared and acquittals were resulted and the opposite is also true. it's a strategy. obviously we
