"we then pair up with one of the children and we walk them around the store and give them an opportunity, each child gets to spend $100 and they buy gifts for their family members," said sioux city police department crime prevention officer, chad sheehan. 30 kids from around the community paired up with a shopping buddy from the force and hit the aisles of walmart.
