even though we did have the transbay tube shut down. it didn't cause too much of a problem for those who needed to get out of the east bay. or between the east bay and san francisco. the shuttle service worked beautifully. and this morning, the transbay tube did reopen, trains are rolling through there and b.a.r.t. reports no delays on their system. as we check in on the bay bridge commute, westbound traffic is extremely quiet. you can expect the usual 19 minute drive time between the carquinez bridge and the maze maze but not too far -- macarthur maze but not too far from the maze we have street closures in oakland. martin luther king jr. remains shut down between west macarthur and 40th. this is about a block west of the macarthur b.a.r.t. station. that station remains open and they don't think the street closures will affect the b.a.r.t. service in the area. but remember we have the same road work at the dublin interchange it's caused some delays both ramps leading towards westbound 580 will be closed to let at least 5:00 this mornin
