and then treasure island to oakland to alameda? those possibilities are there right now. if we're able to put together a plan, you will have the east bay joining us. we'll have weta joining us. the state of california, because all of this has to be subsidized and suddenly, treasure island, the solution, the entire bay area will look at the possibilities. so let's think beyond treasure island residents. all of the plans that i'm talking about, people have been talking about them now for the last 24 months. policies came out on the trance importa -- transportation. the port of san francisco, so you can continue to compare notes. where do we fit in? and, again, let's go beyond. let's go beyond treasure island and looking at the presentation on demand will also be helpful. if we have a long-range plan, we'll look out for the money. we can ask the state for help. you can write grants to the federal government. it will be based on overall congestion. so you are not only talking about us here as a window to everything else. and that's a p

we also have an elaborate plan to hold events on treasure island. and all the discussions, that needs to be about the island on the residents on the profile of the different visitors that are going to be coming even beyond the mainland of san francisco. they will be coming from the region. what i am particularly interested in back driving, with some of the other halves, have just completed the master land use plan for the parks of san francisco. i chair the transportation committee and it was a two-year effort. we need to begin this project. it is a silver lining. for all these years, there was this plan and it was never coming to fruition. i think commissioners were trying, in their discussion to elevate it to some. i would like to see, at the regional level, because the bay bridge, as things are, we will not get there. we have to look at treasure island as not just getting to treasure island, but a solution to the region. the vision here could be that we are really serious about the planning i do we have the stakeholders now. we also have the local
