so we've moved past tupperware party style promotion, but we haven't quite gotten to a really, you know, holistic place. yeah, yeah, yeah. how did you feel about the the approach from the italian doctors. i mean, i think there was a touch of a patriarchal response there as well, you know, promoting it as something that, you know, my child would do this. i would want this for my daughter. right. you know, was really strange to hear that line from this very famous italian doctor echoed same sentiment that that other doctor mentioned. dr. noyes is a famous york city fertility doctor, and i was her patient for a while. and she said same thing. and it it was weird both times it was that weird mix of i didn't know if i was being spoken to as a as like a female patient who these women like cared or as a reporter or both. that got messy throughout this book. actually, in my reporting on some of my main characters and, you know, it was not dissimilar to times. i would have ultrasounds and doctors would tell me, you have a lovely and use these adjectives that like really meant a lot to me still n
