he's 34-year-old jacob turner of benitia.s arrested at home today and evidence was seized that could reveal more victims. walnut creek police say turner used a flip video camera a little smaller than an iphone to secretly record an hour of restroom footage. that last one just the day before yesterday. the detective investigating the case tells me turner affixed the camera under the sink where it wasn't noticeable at all. the first time it came to light in february a customer found the camera and turned it in but it went straight into lost and found without anybody checking it. weeks later the manager turned it on and was horrified by what she saw and called police. based on when it was found and going through credit card transactions and security video detectives were able to narrow their search for turner. this week when they placed a warrant for his arrest, a second camera was found. this after they were trained to look for cameras under the sink. >> we believe there's going to be more victims. this requires additional inve
