being guide by a stationary front offshore it will can't to move our storm further away from the mainland u.s. right now bertha packing a 50 miles an hour wind. it's moving toward the northeast as tropical storm at 23 miles an hour and and will act set rate toward the north and be well off the coast of halifax by tomorrow evening. so it's going to be rather quick but even though the storm will be hundreds of miles away it will impact our weather. especially tomorrow bertha will bring us a high risk of rip currents all this water piling toward the injuries seashore and the delaware beaches having no placing to be pulling out little bit slower and that creates that rip current risk. now locally we have a few scattered showers during the overnight. and another threat during the day tomorrow. coming up we'll talk more about our next chance of storms and also the unusual stretch that comes after that i'll have that later in the broadcast with the seven day. >> jessica. >> new information tonight were you a near drowning down the shore. a woman pulled under by a rep current in the waters off atlant
