live in san francisco, monty francis, nbc bay area news. >> thanks a lot, monty. >>> the uc burkely graduate released from an iranian prison last month is back in the bay area. she's speaking out about her captivity and urging others to join her fight to free her two friends still behind bars in iran. kimberly carrie has the latest for us. >> while she's physically free emotionally, she's trapped in iran where her fiancee and friend remained confined in a small jail cell. for the first time since her release on september 14th shourd called on iranian officials to let shane and josh go. the three graduates were arrested in july 2009 near the iran/iraq border. authorities accuse them of illegally crossing that border and spying. shourd says they did nothing wrong and is upset that shane and josh continue to be held for absolutely no reason. >> i don't see how anyone in the world could not relate to this story knowing that something bad could happen to any of us any day. something tragic has happened to shane, josh and i and our families and we want it to end and we need everyone's help to make
