cal trans crews are repaving near the union city haywood border. it's expected to cause delays. it will run from 9:00 in the morning. then, two weekend closures next month. this morning the search is on for at least four men wanted for a double murder outside a nightclub. they are considered armed and dangerous. cheryl hurd has more. >> reporter: no word on when sweet jimmie's will reopen. the owner says the deadly violence didn't happen inside, it happened outside of his business. oakland police believe the suspects were out to rob people attending a lil wayne concert around the corner from sweet jimmie's on broadway. people having a good time, suddenly finding themselves in the middle of a shooting. david ward, the owner of the newly opened bar on broadway spent less than two minutes at his club late monday. he released a statement says at no time were they patrons of sweet jimmies. they were attempting to rob someone outside. when they failed, they began shooting. several people ran inside sweet jimmie's get to away from gunfire. six people shot, two of them killed. >> this i

san leandro 10% and 10 in a quarter for union city. the concord relief, they say that will generate six to $10 million a year. today kron 4 dan went there to find with the city plans to do with that extra money. >>dan: the sales tax increase means here in the city of concord if you're doing your shopping here you're going to pay about 5¢ more for every $10 you spend. that's a result of the increase from 9.25% to 9.75%. it's all because of the budget. city officials have already done layoffs, cut services as well as staff and reduce salary. they say they had no were else to turn so they put this to the voters and voters approved it back in november. this doesn't mean any additional staff for services will be restored, what it does mean is still able to maintain what they have now. >> at the end of the day, we have fewer police and support staff, we are already greatly reduced in both areas. we've lost a lot of positions but we've tried to manage around that. the next round of cuts had to pass, would of been dramatic. >>dan: the big fear
