this happened at the university city and exit. two-vehicle crash that involved another tractor-trailer. that person was taken to hanheman for treatment. police have not released their condition. tractor-trailer was leaking oil and debris ended up in the westbound lanes. the salt trucks were out earlier and they made a few passes to prep the roads. the side of the tractor rl -- trailer was crushed over the median. it was split on the side. you can see the people walking in and out of the tractor-trailer as they unload it into another one to lighten the load so they can tow the vehicle. the tow trucks are positioned at the scene. the tow truck operators are walking around a little bit, maybe assessing, so far it is not hooked up. keeping an eye on the scene as they continue to unload the tractor-trailer and haul out what appears to be drink boltses and cans. looks like they are taking some out right now out of the back. so of course we'll keep an eye on the situation here and let you know. right now the eastbound lanes are shut down
