i've actually had the pleasure of teaching a class and the summer at the university of miami. i thought all of the faculty and staff who had to pivot on the dime and provide the services to students. florida is going to open and were going to invite all of our students back in the fall. and this decision based on a survey that found that only one third in with the students would likely stay if we chose to remain remote online for the fall. students would choose either better online options for the options to closer to home or more cost-effective measures. civic do, and we are going to reopen. i think there are obviously concerns feet away. of remain virtual, enrollment concerns, student engagement concerns. and if we open, we have to be very cognizant about health and safety and liability concerns as well as the cost associated with reopening. we are there and got very thankful for the care zach. for the allegations for testing and tracing and sanitation. and that will be a recurring cost going forward. the pandemic dispels the myth that higher education can change on the job.
