and to give you an idea of the kind of heat that is headed in our direction and at least the unseasonable warmat is 59 in st. louis. much of the middle part of the country is warm and did you see this? 77 in phoenix and san diego. we know it's going to be mild, even though the lake-effect snow is deparenting and that is about it and that is at 7:00, the temperature is 40 degrees and maybe a couple of degrees warmer than that and under partly cloudy skies. by 9:00, we're at 39 degrees and by 11, 38 degrees in the city and again, colder in the suburbs. i think you will be heading into the 20s and which is not that unusual with the kind of dry air over us and near freezing here in the district and winds light out of the south and that is getting the temperature pumped up to 55 degrees and south of here. fredericksburg and maybe to winchester. i will bet you 58 or 60 degrees. at 8 in the morning, starting out at 36 degrees and by noon, up to 51 degrees and warmer to the south and west and by 5:00, under partly cloudy skies. fifty degrees and had it -- this is that look at temperatures around the r
