everyone is talking about being upset with the 1%. it includes professors and lectures in the csu system. thaer going to briefly walk out of classes today and tomorrow. they're upset with who is running the university system. they're saying that students understand this, and they're upset, too, with higher fees. tuition jumped 23%. the enrollment is reduced. so this jump starts a system wide strike that the faculty hopes to stage on november 17th to protest a decision to cancel scheduled raids by chancellor reed. some students and faculty feel the decision is in line with those at the occupy wall street movement is fighting about. the university is say iing they are hardly the 1%. they got no bailouts. instead they suppressed the funds by $650 million. there could be more cuts down the road. so what's happening is that professors plan to walk out at ten csu campuses today, including san francisco state and a dozen more tomorrow including east bay at 7:30. followed by san jose state at 9:00. reporting live in hayward, i'm christie smit
