they use it, it is intuitive. it is an intuitive feeling that they have that most of us don't. we think about this issue a lot because when you are working with people with disabilities and people with different kinds of stresses, you have to adjust your thinking to who you're talking to and who you are working with. or work is shaped by to beliefs. the first is that we had no reason to talk about this ability with technology. disabilities' exist because of the -- i don't ask the client what their disability is because it is irrelevant. what do you want to deal on a computer? the print is too small, we can fix that. the mouse or the keyboard is too difficult, try this. try speech input, we will try different things to get the technology to work. the technology is what creates a disability. the other believe that we have is that it is important to step back from what we know at listen to our clients. has to stop putting our beliefs on them. we have to look at where people are coming from with technology. and figure out what the issues are that they are having. the big question t

joined -- joining us in the car sharing program for their members who want to use bmw products. this idea of cars sharing has been a part of san francisco's objective in creating a more sharing economy. like many other cities, we are congested in our parking. parking is really a challenge in the city. for people who own vehicles, and introducing people to car- sharing programs and ideas have been a wonderful experiment for us. as you know, we have been working to create not only public garages but also in congested neighborhoods. when a private company like bmw registers their interest in car- sharing, that is a complement to the direction we are heading to be morris -- more sustainable. i want to think bmw for being here. we are in negotiations to get us into our fleet so we can utilize. unless we do it with the latest technology, people will not appreciate the mayor driving a bmw. [laughter] but we are doing it for the right reasons. i want to showcase that as we lead this country into a thought process, a challenge that our major cities, our urban settings can have solutions

>> for us, it is within the operating funds. we also operate an angel fund that allows other ratepayers to donate money. we do receive a little bit there. we received a few hundred thousand dollars per year for prior balance closeouts, unclaimed deposit money. every time we come through the process and say, here is some money that is unclaimed. in addition, we looked at other revenues that might be available. as it grows, the bigger number would be something we want to consider, how to fund it. >> i would love to hear, in the not too distant future, some thinking around or a recommendation from you on what we could be looking at to subsidize that number. i think it is really going to be something we address early on. >> i think you are right. we are required to do the rate study every five years under the charter. as part of that, we are asking the independent consultant to look at how the 10 largest california cities as well as all of the neighboring bay area cities are finding their programs. and we are at the end of an audit
