now for the rest of us in between, we're going to get those gusty winds. they're really going to pick up out of the northwest, wind gusts over 30 miles per hour during the day. temperature wise we're sitting at 33 in baltimore, a lot of 30s out there. out west it's already 14 degrees in oakland. compared to yesterday at this time we're starting to even out. yesterday we topped out close to 60 degrees. today we only managed a high of 37 degrees. we're back blow average. that's where -- below average and that's where we're going to stay tomorrow and into monday. we have this cold pool of air carved out over the northeastern part of the united states. we have the front that moved through yesterday. there's a new low forming along it. that's moving to the north. it's intensifying as it does. as it passes by chesapeake here actually produced accumulating snow in south carolina and north carolina and it's going to dump a couple of inches in cape cod and parts of new england as it strengthens and moves to the northeast. what we're seeing is just along the beaches
