i have two comments one in the handout you gave us for the port wide objective we talked about the march presentation. how is water transport given we're concerned about the congestion on embarcadero and why not more attention be paid we should think about the embarcadero open the water and not only on the land and move people up and down. there's a lot of infrastructure to be thought through in terms of adding important taxis and water vehicles and not only in the east west to have suggestions and recommendations how the vision can happen in the future. that's more of the high-level one and i was reminded as i was walking across the parking lot i was crossing at the light and there were bikes that stopped at the red lights other went by. so on the waterfront i recommend we put signs on the waterfront if you're on a bicycle please observe the traffic signals. and the safety on embarcadero should be incorporated so my comment is a tactical issue but safety is something we should consider given the congestion and the cars and bicycles and pedestrians is on the rise. i in the baseline there
