temperatures right now are single digits just about everywhere from west va virginia, maryland the eastern shore, nearby suburbs north and west are down to near zero right now. and the windchills are around 5 to 15 below zero in the metro area and around the bay, and look at hagerstown their windchill now 19 below zero. that's what it feels like. winds have diminished there yesterday, but still strong enough for a windchill advisory for windchills minus 5 to minus 20 all this area in blue eastern west virginia, all of virginia most of maryland and the metro area. so walking this morning is going to be a challenge. we'll have these frigid chills with temperatures single digits for the morning commute and walking back home not much better. we'll have a lighter wind but temperatures only in the mid teens with bright sunshine. here is timing on snow coming in on saturday. this is saturday as of noontime snow comes in to the shenandoah valley and then after that moves in will to the metro area and across northern virginia continues into the afternoon. by 6:00 p.m. pink zone, it may change over
