i'll mention one here it is the traffic alert now out in vacaville but we have learned the person driving serious injuries not sure of the extent yet but it is eastbound 80 lagoon valley road. police are on scene so they believe lanes will be blocked for a half hour more and you can see no slowing on the sensors yet but i think that's going to change here any minute. southbound 880 at high street up to 20 cars on the shoulder with flat tires. there's some sort of debris in the road. chp can't say what it is but they were doing some roadwork along that stretch overnight. all the roadwork has cleared but there may have been something left behind not sure at this point. here's a live look farther south. this is near 66 and the oakland coliseum. everything appears to be okay down towards hayward and about 10 minutes ago they turned on the metering lights over at the bay bridge toll plaza. now we have delays at the overcrossings. that's the latest. lawrence has the forecast. >> a cold front kicking up winds in the bay area. you can see it on the latest satellite image as it slides into far nor
