we were right here in the olympic park, vai and tracy. this tent here, thathat's what this is, just crumpled up and thrown in the corner. this best represents just how serious this situation was. this sign that toppled over, it's steel. it's about gosh probably 75 to 100 pounds. you hear that? the bottom is solid rebar right there. it bent. that's how strong these gusting winds were. yeah, you could hear and feel the wind. you could see the damage to gates being knocked over. and at one point they asked people to evacuate the common area and stay inside. they said it over the loudspeaker here in korean and then in english. we also received alerts on our phones about this wind. it also affected some of the events here. for instance, the women's swalamthat's been postponed until thursday. >>> they're getting some pretty sweet swag to go with it. you talked to a local athlete about his team usa gear. tell us about that, keith. >> reporter: you yeah, two pennsylvania lugers they are going at it right now on the doubles luge event. it's great
