it happened at the valero gas station on seminary and macdonald about ten o=clock last night. kron four's jeff bush spoke with neighbors of the man who was killed. lionel fluker was known by everyone in his neighborhood. they say he was kind and warm hearted. lionel was getting gas at the valero on his way home from the gym and was killed by a bullet intended for someone else. santos peinado next door neighbor a kind guy like that. he was just trying to go home. he was minding his own business and was going home but, he didn't make it. this is the second killing over there and now, it's affected us because this man was a part of our community and it's a great loss for all of us. lionell's neighbors are heartbroken over his death and so is his dog, pepper. we are just watching her until that situation gets settled. more details will arrive on that. meanwhile, it's still shocking that this guy we see every daywe're not going to see anymore. sonya gellington you couldn't ask for a better person. he minded his own business. everybody knew him for walking with his dog pepper. he wa
