it's starting to get worse in parts of the santa clara valley. good but elsewhere you do need to limit your time if you are sensitive to the smoke but it did give a beautiful sunset yesterday evening. all of the beautiful views of the sunset here, those orange skies we see. it's nice to see it at sunrise and sunset and not throughout the day. look at the temperatures reach into the upper 80s for the northbound. 90 in martinez, and oakland, 74 degrees. the further you head inland the hotter it will be. you can see the range in temperatures from oakland to brentwood. livermore in the upper 90s. morgan hill looking at a high of 95 degrees. still there are 60s near the coast. that high pressure is just not moving and will slowly start to roll off to the east and will cause the heat to back off a little bit. we are seeing monsoonal showers and thunderstorms and we will have a chance of that going into the weekend. as we look at our 7-day forecast, we have hot temperatures today and tomorrow. once again, a little cooler for the end of the weekend for s
