(ken) this is a photo of the missing man - brian egg. inside his san francisco - home police found a headless torso in a fish tank,. the human remains have not yet been identified. but we are learning more about another man - lance silva investigators say he used brian egg's credit card to hire a crime scene cleanup company at the missing man's home. he also allegeldy withdrew cash from egg's account - and even used his credit card to buy a bmw back in june. that car was towed - and later picked from a tow yard by silva and a man claiming to be paul forman - who police are now trying to find. brian egg was last seen by neighbors in june. it was not until neighbors spotted a crime scene clean up truck outside the home on august 14 -- that police actually entered the residence. we've posted all the court documents on kron4

(grant) and i'm grant lodes officials say it's possible up to 300-gallons of acid leaked... this happened just north of the west winton avenue exit.. there was a shelter in place between jackson street, winton avenue, amador street and interstaste 880. that shelter in place was recently lifted. kron 4's gabe slate is live at the scene with the latest. gabe? traffic nightmare - friday - right by very busy mall exit off 880 in hayward. the southland mall.the big rig leaking the chemicals is located on the winton avenue 880 southbound ramp...so not on the highway - but right next to it. ------------------------- --------here is the latest - all northbound lanes are open. - opened around 3:45pm the leak in the truck is stopped and an unknown amount of product is on the ground. officials think the leak could be up to 300 pounds. so they are cleaning it up with neutralizer agents. chp says the leak is creating a vapor plume southeast from the i-880 winton avenue on-ramp to southbound i-880.
