here's 7's victoria warren. good morning, vicki. >> victoria: good morning. he is scheduled to appear before a judge in boston today. that's when we're expected to learn more about exactly why he was arrested. richard gardner is a convicted child rapist, and he was recently released after dozen of years behind bars. he's convicted of crimes in both and this weekend he was arrested as a fugitive from justice from rhode island. he was picked up from thats be homeless shelter. they say he violated his parole, but we don't know exactly how. he moved to the homeless shelter after originally moving back in with his parents in weymouth, but his presence at his parents' home prompted outrage from the neighborhood. so in the short weeks since he was released from prison, he's had a few run-ins with police. in weymouth police were called. he was accus neighbor's yard. police say that's something they're investigating. there were no charges related to that. and in quincy, he was cited after quincy police say he illegally went into a public library. again, he's going to
