as is the one on the blue route, 476 southbound between villanova and broomall, all lanes are reopenedey're still trying to pull that pickup truck out of the woods on the ramp from 420 to 95 southbound in delco so that ramp remains partially blocked. and on the ben franklin bridge our good buddy ben still having some work done so we're down a lane in both directions. it's especially slow as you travel westbound into philadelphia this afternoon down to just two lanes because of that construction. have a house fire out in east whiteland chester county route 401 conestoga road is blocked as a result close to great valley high school. i would stay down on swedesford road to get around that. we also have fire department activity in west deptford blocking route 45 mantua pike. washington township close to auo mall a bad crash at tuckahoe road. high water in a few spots noon. one is buena where route 40 harding highway remains blocked off in both directions. i would stay on 322 the black horse pike to get around that. and into and out of wildwood trouble with flooding along 47 rio grande aven

southbound between villanova, route 30 and broomall route three just one lane just the right lane isy, two left lanes are blocked. so, you're not in good shape on either the eastbound schuylkill or the southbound blue route because of those accidents. on the westbound schuylkill had a broken down vehicle approaching montgomery. that's gone. as is our dv on 95 southbound by girard, all cleared out of the way although speeds are still slow as you head towards center city and in new castle county on 95 still have this northbound accident near christiana. they're getting it pushed off to the side but you're still seeing delays in both directions. you might want to stay on kirkwood highway route two instead. too much water in a lot of spots like in wildwood 47 rio grande avenue shut down because of flooding. head into north wildwood by 147 or into the crest by ocean drive instead and in buena route 40 harding highway is blocked because of high water near malaga road. i would stay up on 322 to get around that blockage. we'll check it again, brian and sharrie, coming up in the 5 o'clock hou
