vineland just dropped to zero. and 2 in atlantic city. that's a new record. 16 degrees below zero in the city, but look at pottstown, lancaster and the pocano mountains all feeling colder this morning. we will be dry during the day today, but tonight here comes the snow. and the first snowflakes move from west virginia to kentucky. potentially heavy snowfall overnight tonight and into tomorrow morning. we will see accumulation from that storm system. by 9:00 this evening, a little light snow falling in lancaster, southern chester county delaware and south jersey. with the accumulation really happening later in the evening. 11:00 we'll see an inch on the ground. dover and cape may, lancaster, an inch on the ground this evening. overnight tonight, the snow continues to fall. three inches on the ground by 5:00. lighter snow north and west but the heavier is destined for delaware and south jersey. by 8:00 in the morning, four to five inches on the ground for philadelphia and wilmington. potentially up to eight inches in some spots in delaware
