we kept the 2 vision zero squads. all they did was concentrate on traffic they did not handle collisions. they did not dot other detailing that we are doing. currently. and this gave us greater flexibility to go after vision wherevero issues and deploy them in the areas. in 21, because of covid andlet 20 we had to change the schedule. divided the schedule to one picture a week of upon 7 days, there are 4 squads. the reason we had to do that was we were finding at stations during covid was if you have officers rotate in day and days off you bring covid in the station and oui out entire watches. we did a platoon being schedule. one squad on days for one half of the week inn wo on swing and the same on the other side the only day than i crisscrossed was a wednesday. we want the coverage the weekends. moving into 21, this is where we dropped our vision zero down to 3 officers or 3 sergeants and 35 officers. it became by the end of the year 2 sergeants and 29 officers. you see even in that drop we are continuing to g. we s
