the biggest trouble is vta light rail.e activity this morning has vta doing bus bridges in place between mountain view and alum rock and between bay point and civic center. they are reporting major delays this morning so do plan for that. elsewhere there is a major traffic alert. if you plan to travel westbound or eastbound 152 this morning out of gilroy, heads up near the pacheco pass there is a big rig accident where the big rig overturned and took out some power lines. they have shut down the freeway 152. expect delays. use an alternate in the meantime. no word yet as to when 152 will re-open. northbound 101 monterey road some brake lights through there into morgan hill. on the northbound side, 101 also bogging down. it's starting to thicken up between 280/680 to 237. that's 14 minutes now. 280 still probably your best bet right now if you are traveling out of san jose to the peninsula. north 87 looks good, as well. taking a look at the altamont pass, good between north flynn and 680. east of there a lot of brake lights
