it is moving north of waco, texas. those winds are dropping. it's moving north at about 13 miles per hour. and as it pushes north, it is going to continue to produce pretty strong winds. waco got wind gusts of over 45 miles per hour. but the big story will be the rain. by friday morning it's into missouri. rainfall amounts generally going to be about 5 to 8 inches but locally in northern texas and into central oklahoma, we are looking at about 8 to 12 inches of rain. the big problem with that, of course, is all of the heavy rain that they've already received, some areas picking up to 20 inches of rain in the month of may. so that now we are looking at conditions where you are not going to be able to absorb anymore of this water. it just continues and continues to cause big flooding problems. so that's the latest tropical depression bill, making its way north of waco, texas. of course, we'll continue to track it for you later on here. now back to you guys in new york. >> your live shot says it all. we can see it and hear it. >> we're getting new
