okay, so this is what i was telling you before, this is the walgreens. on 14th and broadway across from city hall. this is what we shot earlier. this is when we started to see things really get to this point for the looters were starting to break into things they smashed out the side windows, if you've been by the visit oakland, you probably have, there is a bart station right there. heavily traveled area. this message several of the windows. you can see people crawling into the store, filling baskets . it was closed. in fact, it looks like some of the store was boarded up, but we know that didn't stop some of the looters. because across the street at the chase bank they had ripped down the apply board and plastic it's not clear if they went into the bank, but they clearly ripped down the cardboard that cover the glass and made their way into the store, filled the basket worth of stuff, baskets worth of stuff. this is video of the chase bank, now we are having reports of the target several blocks of the road from here, probably about 20 blocks up the roa
